Just your average mama, who is a self-proclaimed, food-obsessed foodie on a journey to inspire other foodies on how to create their favourite dishes with a healthier kick, while keeping balance in mind.

Thank you for stopping by, it is so nice to meet you! I am a wife, and a busy mama living in Alberta, Canada. I am a self-proclaimed foodie and loving eater of all things food.

I try my best to focus on creating my favourite dishes in a healthier way, but I also share some of my traditional favourites on here too. I think that having room for “balance” is very important. You can read up on what I mean by balance here.

Also on my food-obsessed journey, I like to share tidbits on motherhood, and how I find a balance and time for it all when it comes to health, wellness and self-care.

I love to cook and bake, so you will see mostly quick, easy and healthy-ish recipes you can whip up in a dash because motherhood is BUSY! Mamas, y’all feel me?
