I love a good, chewy peanut butter cookie. While in the mood to bake, I spotted my air fryer looking at me, and thought… why not give Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies a go!

I think a few of my favorite parts about using an air fryer, is less mess, fast cooking, and its multifunction use for cooking… all things!

CAN YOU FREEZE AIR FRYER COOKIES

You can freeze Air Fryer Cookies. I like to freeze any extras I have on hand to grab for a quick snack. I store my leftover cookies in a Ziploc bag, air removed (as best as I can), to maintain their freshness.

AIR FRYER COOKIE BAKING TIPS

  • Cooking times vary for air fryers depending on the model. So a quick rule of thumb, if your Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies are brown on the edges and if you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean, they’re done!
  • Make all cookies the same size and press cookies in the center with a fork so they cook evenly. I use a cookie scoop to ensure all cookies are the same size so they all cook evenly.
  • Cookies, especially peanut butter, tend to harden as they cool. So keep that in mind when trying to modify cooking times with your air fryer.
  • Don’t move your cookies off of the air fryer rack right away or your cookies will crumble. Give them 1-2 mins to cool, then transfer to a cooling rack.
