Living My Passion With A Purpose

Living your passion with a purpose by finding happiness and entrepreneurship by living a healthy and active lifestyle!

I never truly knew what made me happy until I started focusing on my health and wellness and living my passion with a purpose. When I first started to take control of my health and wellness, I dove in and gave it 110% seeing some amazing results and feeling the best I’ve felt in years.

An opportunity came along for me to share that same joy with others. That’s when I really knew what I was PASSIONATE about – helping others just by sharing my story, my journey!

I was once very insecure, lacked in self-love and self-worth. I since then, developed a brand new relationship with myself, food and fitness. Not just because I lost weight and toned up, but because I really started to LOVE me, for me.

That’s the most important piece to getting started on any journey. Loving yourself for who you are, not who others want you to be. Love yourself first and everything else will fall into place.

When it comes to health and wellness, my favourite focus is in the kitchen and what I eat. I love being in my kitchen and I love all things food. When I thought about putting together a blog, I immediately knew that I wanted to take my recipes and tips digital, to share with you all.

I always struggled with food. Knowing what to eat, when, and how much… But, with the right tools, I learned all of that. I love making new recipes and trying new things. Some recipes are healthy and others not so healthy #guiltfreefitfoodie

I mean, what’s life without the cookies, pizza, and wine? #balance

I simply love sharing about the programs that worked for me, how they have helped me, and how awesome the health and wellness community is that I’m part of.

I never actually knew, just how much I loved inspiring others until one day I found myself reading messages from people who were inspired by me {say whaaa?}. Yep, I said it INSPIRED by me.

Now, I don’t mean to sound conceded… like “I know it all”{hellll no, I do not. I learn every day on this journey}, but coming from a place where I’ve constantly worried about what others thought about me {what I do or have done}, reading messages of “Thank You” from people {who have been inspired by me} whom I know or have never met, has completely changed my life and fills my heart with so much joy.

This is when I realized what I LOVED and what I was PASSIONATE about. I decided it’s time to live my Passion with the best purpose possible.

Having the opportunity to share what has worked for me on my health and wellness journey, and others joining in, makes me so excited to continue on my own journey and set new goals!

I am always inspired by others. I love positive people and seeing other people reach their goals. As they say, you have to work hard for what you want. If you want it bad enough, you WILL work for it. It is never easy trying to reach goals, but it is WORTH it.

These people who I have helped or have inspired, have helped me in so many ways to become a better person. They are my get up and go, my reason I love what I do and the reason I have so much passion for what I do!

They have taught me to never give up on my dreams, goals and that worrying about what others think, will get me nowhere {people are gonna judge you no matter what}.

When you find what you love, do it! Keep doing it with all the passion, love and joy that you have in you! You are put on this earth for a reason, to be happy! SO, do what makes you happy.
