One of my quick, easy and go-to breakfast dishes, is overnight oats. They are so easy to prep and even more convenient on busy mornings.
It is a filling meal with the perfect balance of carbohydrates, fibre, protein, and a little fat. This recipe also doesn’t require very much ingredient-wise. You’ll need some plain Greek yogurt, frozen berries, quick oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and flaxseed.
I prep 2-3 of these in advance so they are ready to grab and go. You just need a couple of mason jars.
I pop them in a bowl in the morning and heat them for 45 seconds! I prefer mine to be a little warm, but not hot.
