Being a busy mom, I am all about quick and easy. This recipe I had put together and served to the table in 20 minutes. These Old Fashioned Sloppy Joes are a great meal to make in a dash and for the entire family.

A Sloppy Joe is a loose meat sandwich with a tomato sauce. You serve the loose meat on a bun and enjoy the mess and amazing taste.

HOMEMADE EASY SLOPPY JOES INGREDIENTS
- Ground Beef
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Onion
- Beef stock
- Ketchup
- Brown sugar
- Black pepper and sea salt to taste
- Mustard
- Worcestershire
- Vinegar
- Garlic powder
- Bell pepper
- Lemon juice
- Chili powder
- Dried parsley

HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT OLD FASHIONED SLOPPY JOES MIXTURE
- Preheat a large skillet with extra-virgin olive oil.
- Finely chop onion and bell pepper, and add to heated skillet. Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes on medium-high heat until onion and pepper start to brown, stirring continuously.
- Reduce heat to medium and add in your beef, season with salt and pepper, mince the meat into small fine chunks as it cooks, and cook until well done about 8-10 minutes.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients. Set aside until meat is fully cooked
- Add the sauce to the meat, and turn the heat to medium-high. Bring to a simmer and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot on a bun.

- 1 package ground turkey or beef
- 1/4 cup Bell pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Onion, small
- 1 tsp Parsley, dried
- 1/4 cup Beef stock
- 3/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 Black pepper and sea salt
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
Instructions
