I’m all about balance and I am all about healthy eating. I’m in the middle when it comes to carbs all day (pizza/pasta) or getting in those greens 😬

This is such a quick healthy and balanced lunch idea.

What you’ll need:
Iceberg lettuce
Whole grain bread
Mayo
Avocado
Nitrate free deli Turkey
Tomato
Salt
Pepper
Everything bagel seasoning

What to do:
Toast your bread and layers everything on. Wrap the bread with toppings into a lettuce wrap. Enjoy!

How To Make The Best French Toast The Easy Way

If you’re new here, I’m all about quick and easy recipes.

This French toast recipe is just that, quick and easy.

What you’ll need:
🥚 6 large eggs
🥄 1 tsp vanilla extract
🥄 1/2 tsp - 1 tsp cinnamon
🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
🥛 2 tbsp of milk
🥖 5 slices of almost stale sour dough bread
🧈 Butter, for cooking

What you’ll do:
Using a bread knife, slice bread slices in half diagonally.
In a medium Mixing bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Once whisked, lightly beat in the other two eggs.
Dip and soak pieces of bread. Soaking for upwards to a min.
Preheat a large frying pan medium to high heat (one that fits a cover), with 1 tbsp of butter.
Add soaked bread, cook until golden brown about 1 min, flip repeat for 1 min.
Remove from heat and cover for 1 min 30 secs. Flip, repeat with other side.
Remove French toast from pan. Let rest for one min.
Repeat with remaining bread.
Serve and enjoy.
